Throughout this “Terms & Conditions” agreement, Perfect Transportation Limousines/The Perfect Limo & Sedan and/or staff members, its agents, representatives, affiliates, and employees will be known as “The Company”. All ‘Terms & Conditions” in this agreement apply to all listed as “The  Company”.

PLEASE READ EACH ITEM

“The Company” is not responsible for the loss or damage of articles left in or around “The Company” vehicle(s), or the offices of “The Company”. All complaints must be made to “The Company” by phone at 1-800-951-3017 immediately, the day or night of the service. Failure to call “The Company” offices, not the chauffeur, immediately, “The Company” will not honor any complaints after the date of the reservation.

Hereby agree to be responsible for any and all damages, including revenue loss or injury to any agent, staff member, employee, vehicle or property of ‘The Company” which is caused by you and/or your guests. In addition, the following is a list of other immediate chargeable items:

ACTUAL COST REPAIRS: Any and all damages to the interior and/or exterior of the vehicle and/or property of “The Company” that requires repair or replacement will result in the client being charged the actual repair or replacement costs plus any applicable fees and any vehicle “lost runs”.

Eating or food of any kind is not allowed inside of “The Company” vehicles. $300 cleanup fee.

The release of bodily fluids/vomiting inside of or outside on “The Company” vehicle. $500 clean-up fee & $250 sanitation fee per incident.

Excessive glitter, confetti, or other types of particles that are difficult to clean from the seats & floor of the “The Company “vehicle. $300 clean-up fee.

Excessive dirt, sand, mud on seats and/or floor inside “The Company” vehicle. $400 clean-up fee.

ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION BY MINORS OR DRUG USE IS PROHIBITED BY LAW IN “THE COMPANY” VEHICLE. Termination of reservation up to contacting local law authorities with no refunds.

NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KIND INSIDE “THE COMPANY” VEHICLE. $500 clean-up fee, $250 sanitation fee, & $500 per burn spot.

No use of illegal drugs of any kind and/or possession of illegal weapons of any kind are allowed inside of or within 6 feet of “The Company” vehicle. Termination of reservation with no refunds.

Physical, sexual, and/or verbal abuse of any kind by you and/or your guests towards you and/or your guests while in “The Company” vehicle will not be tolerated nor overlooked. Termination of reservation up to contacting local law authorities with no refunds.

Physical, sexual, and/or verbal abuse of any kind by you and/or your guests towards “The Company” will not be tolerated. Termination of reservation up to contacting local law authorities with no refunds.

All passenger’s body parts must remain inside “The Company” vehicle at all times while “The Company” vehicle is in motion. Termination of reservation with no refunds.

” The Company” chauffeur and/or “The Company” may terminate the reservation/services immediately at any time or anywhere for certain violations of this agreement. Termination of reservation with no refunds.

Additional Terms & Conditions Agreement


STANDARD TERMS (additional ‘TERMS & CONDITIONS” attached with reservation email/company website)

Perfect Transportation Limousines/The Perfect Limo & Sedan (known as “The Company” in these “terms & conditions”), its agents, representatives, affiliates, and employees fall under the protection of these “terms & conditions”. All deposits are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation by the customer. All reservations except corporate transfers (48-hour cancellation/reschedule) require a 1-week minimum cancelation.

Services: Our Chauffeurs rely on their gratuity {tip), thus providing you and your guests with exceptional customer service. All reservations automatically include a 15% gratuity (below industry standard). Some reservations have an “open gratuity”. Additional gratuity for exceptional service(s) is always welcome by our Chauffeurs. “The Company” is not a medical transport company. Our drivers are not permitted to lift and/or carry passengers in/or out of company vehicles. Wheelchairs are permitted if notified in advance & if sufficient space is available in the vehicle chartered. All reservations will be charged 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up. There is an added $30 fee for transportation service between the hours of 12 am to 5 am.

On The Road: “The Company”, its agents, affiliates, and employees are not liable in the event of any traffic conditions, weather conditions, Acts of God, mechanical breakdown, or any unforeseen circumstances while on charter. In the event of ONLY a mechanical breakdown or error on part of the Chauffeur and/or “The Company”, “The Company” will offer reasonable accommodations to the original itinerary for loss of time. “The Company”, its agents, affiliates, and employees are not responsible for delays, or the termination caused by unsafe road conditions {i.e., accidents, road closures, floods, snow, etc.). All complaints must be made to “The Company” by phone at 1-800-951-3017 immediately, the day or night of the service. Failure to call “The Company” offices, not the chauffeur, immediately, “The Company” will not honor any complaints after the date of the reservation.

Overtime rates (excluding “AirPort arrivals/departures”): Will apply after the first ten (10) minutes of prearranged ending time described on the run sheet. Overtime rates are billed in thirty {30) minute increments at the regular hourly rate including fees and gratuity unless specified. The price of your current reservation is based on your routing information. Additional charges may apply if additional stops and/or route changes differ from the original prearranged reservation.

Airport Arrival & Departure: All airport pick-ups have an 8-hour cancellation policy prior to pick-up. Cancellation less than 8 hours before the scheduled pick-up, the client will be charged the full amount of the reservation. International arrivals incur an additional pick-up charge of $50. The client must have a direct way of contact (i.e., mobile phone, WhatsApp, etc.) for “The Company” offices and a chauffeur to contact the client if needed. If you do not receive a message from “The Company” offices or the chauffeur on your phone upon arrival, please contact our offices at 1-800-951-3017 and we will contact the chauffeur. Curbside Pick-Up: When ready with baggage, please contact the chauffeur or “The Company” dispatch with the airline exit door and pillar location for pick-up.

Meet & Greet: (additional $50 charge): The chauffeur will be located at the main exit/baggage area with a sign displaying your last name and/or company name. A “WAITING” fee of $1.00 per minute will apply after 30 minutes (domestic] / 60 minutes (international) of actual landing time if the client(s) and their baggage are not ready to depart the airport. The client is responsible for always maintaining possession and control of their items. Rates are based on a point-to-point transfer. Any additional stops (within a 5-mile radius of the original reservation route) will incur an additional charge of $50 or $100 per stop.

Departure & Pick-Ups: Client{s) have up to 10 minutes after the original reservation pick-up time to load into the vehicle. Thereafter a “WAITING” fee will be billed to the original reservation. A “WAITING” fee is billed in thirty {30) minute increments at the regular hourly rate including fees & gratuity unless specified. The price of your current reservation is based on your routing information. Additional charges may apply if additional stops and/or route changes differ from the original prearranged reservation.

Fastrak/Toll Road Charges/Fees (Hourly Clients Only): The client is responsible for all Fastrak/Toll Road fees during the charter when requested by the client. Otherwise, our chauffeur will not utilize these express lanes. The fees will be added to the final invoice after the completion of service & will be charged to the credit card on file.
